I’m having a real issue with the app. The newer versions crash when I try to open to “downloads” page and shuts the app.
The older versions don’t crash but I don’t get any option coming up to stream or download when selecting media and when I do get the occasional option to download, it says “NaN%” for a few minutes before just saying “Error”.

I downloaded 2.5 on my android box. when the app first opens, goes straight to a tony marconi ad.every time. when i’m done and trying to exit, it will not allow me to exit the app when i’m finished a program. So I have the latest update 2.4.0 and some episodes have no links. Mostly newer shows. I’ve watched the first episode but then the second episode had no links but I checked the third episode and it had links. This was not the case with every new show though. Unable to authorize cinema hd through all debrid, I input the code and it just keeps buffering. I’ve contacted all debrid, and the issue seems to be on cinema hd’s side as I can’t authorize my device through real debrid either. I am using a nvidia shield, no vpn. Thanks for your help.

April 15th 2021 11.26am. Last few days all I get on Cinema on my firestick is the sad face saying the system has died because too many people are watching. Hi, Great app, the only issue I’m having is that the Download dialogue box hides the button to actually start download. With my TV box I can use the down arrow and then press enter to start a download but on my tablet there is no way to actually start the download.
Similar issue marking an item as watched.
When returning to a tv show it brings you to the last watched episode rather than the next new one.

26 July 2020 Hi, I’m running the latest version of the app, I have Real Debrid, and I have IPVanish. This evening to try to fix an issue I did the thing where you log out of real debrid on cinema, disconnect from VPN, re-link real debrid on cinema, then reconnect VPN, no resolution.
When I click on RD links, an error message flashes up: response add megnet 403 or something like that.

The CinemaHD is my goto App, I am lost without it. But as of 1 week ago I am unable to use the App. I have even reset my media player and installed the latest version (2.2.2) and it still did not work. What happens: When I open the App, the disclaimer pops up for a second or two then it closes again. I have checked permissions and followed all instructions and it still closes on startup. It works on my phone and has always worked on my media player.
I checked my second media player (different brand) and it does the same. Both are Android. One is a MyGica ATV 1960 and the Other is an Amlogic S912 (CSA93) Chinese import, both very reliable media players.
This new update is horrible. Every single time I watch an episode of a show and exit out to the next episode I have to sit through ad after ad after ad!!!!! Every single time!!!! Soooooo annoying. It never did this before

The Cinema app was great up until a few weeks ago. Now it seems like when you want to watch a movie, you select it by the picture and description, it looks for streams, and then doesn’t have the correct movie stream attached. Infact it may have 40 streams of unrelated movies. This only just started after the last update so maybe that was the issue. Just wanted you to have a heads up.
It is showing all the links but they are not playing. And the downloding of movie is very very slow like 0.01 in 1 min,or showing error

When I click on a TV SHOW to pick an episode to watch, it goes to the SEASONS tab but nothing else loads? Just started yesterday (16th May)

16.May 2020 My cinema stopped working today on my firestick, I already had V2 so have deleted it and set it up again, the app launches, I get the popular page up or I can search for a programme by title but either way, if I select it i then get a blank page up with the headers of Seasons Overview Recomm’ but nothing on the screen below. I’ve cleared all cache so now stumped as to why it stopped working.

Been using this app for the past 2 weeks everything has gone just fine until today I was watching a TV show I should have everything off ran some errands came back to turn that same show back on and it will not show any of the seasons just a black screen so I clear cache and data uninstall reinstall everything and everything seems to work fine until you go to watch something or Piggy Season and you just get a blank screen unless you switch to overview or recommendations doesn’t matter what I pick no seasons pop up movies and everything else works fine though

Same here. Worked great yesterday morning, then when loaded it up last night, I clicked on the show I wanted in Favorites and It brings up that shows seasons page, but no seasons appear. It just buffers for a few seconds and then just blank page except for the title and the three options “Seasons Overview Recommendations”. My problem happens when I back out of the app after a movie. It goes to a blank screen, I’m using a firestick 4k, both app and stick are all updated. The only way to release the firestick is to force stop and clear the cache in the app settings.
My cinema app has stopped working completely. When I go to the app it automatically says “ sometimes server has been died because many people access at the same time, sorry for inconvenient”. It has been saying this for over a week now. I’ve uninstalled it installed it back I’ve also cleared the cache. What is the problem?

how do you get Cinema to save to the added sdcard1 on the firetv box
I have gone into setting and pointed the default media directory to the movies directory on the sdcard1
I can see the directory in es explorer,
I have moved the Cinema app to the sdcard1 via setting , manage apps
when I go to downloads in Cinema app I only see the memory amount from the firetv box itself
On cinema app many movies don’t have streams and most of the time the streams just buff the movie never plays. How do I fix this?
I got a problem where it shows no links i tried everything and VPN too help me. ..
So I can’t get John Wick 3 to play, there’s no streams at all! And all the other movies buffer and buffer and buffer , yes it’s the latest version too. This has been happening since John wick came out and idk why I’m leaving this I left one and no answer!

Mine stopped working this morning. It was fine lasr night but today there is nothing at all.
When launching the app, I get the initial slate that says CINEMA…..and that’s all tha happens. App never seems to actually launch. Reinstalled 3 times, then reset my firestick to factory settings and reinstalled again. No. Go. Wassup?

Steve. The exact same thing is happening to mine. Open the app, get the cinema logo and then it just closes. Did you get yours working at all ?

Hi guys
Updated to the new V2.0.1 after selecting a specific series it gives the option to pick a season.
When selecting a season the app just keeps on loading with the blue circle at the top of the screen.
Deleted the app and reinstalled twice now.
Please give some advice on how to fix this

I live in Mexico and am using ExpressVPN. My download speeds using the VPN are about 70mbps. Cinema HD, Cyberflix, and BeeTV all freeze during playback with the VPN on. With it off it works fine. Any ideas?
